We are not responsible for sizing errors caused by incorrect measurements or misuse of the sizing tools.

• Custom Orders: For custom designs, please provide all necessary details when submitting your request. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you upon confirmation.
• Order Process: All orders must be placed through our website. Ensure that your contact details, shipping address, and item selections are accurate before finalizing your purchase.
• Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and other stated payment methods. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Processing and Shipping: Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines depend on your location, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the item is handed over to the carrier.
• Returns and Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, all press-on nails, all sizing kits, custom orders, or related products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure you review your sizing thoroughly before placing an order. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Care and Use: Please follow the care instructions provided with your nails to ensure proper application and durability. We are not liable for issues arising from improper use or maintenance.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as processing begins promptly.
• Limited Liability: We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products. However, we are not liable for any incorrect sizing or issues resulting from improper use of our sizing kits.
